The Hotel Imperial’s gastronomic offerings follow the rhythm of the seasons, elegantly adapting to the different atmospheres of the year.
From May to September, during the summer, the restaurant welcomes guests with half-board or full-board options, offering lunch and dinner in a refined and convivial setting, with rich and harmoniously designed dishes by our chef.
During the months of March, April, and May, the restaurant is open with à la carte service, for a more intimate and personalized experience, where each dish is freshly prepared and enhanced by a careful selection of ingredients and combinations.

Lunch & Dinner
For lunch and dinner we offer a always varied menu, complete and very fresh, with ever-present seafood dishes and local recipes. To make every meal even more special, our extraordinarily rich buffets include seasonal vegetables and appetizers, and a dessert table that will win you over, with homemade desserts, ice creams, sorbets, and assorted fruit.

We take care of you even at the table. We offer tasty and healthy options for those with special needs: celiac disease, intolerances or allergies, but also preferences such as vegetarian or vegan. For little ones, we are available to adapt our menus based on their needs, with care and flexibility, and when necessary, we can help with baby food preparation.
